Shipping Policy / In Store Pickup

• Shipping charges are calculated by location and weight  
• All items purchased from Beehive Collectibles will generally be shipped within 48 hours via USPS or UPS
• All shipments will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours of placing an order  
• Domestic shipments usually arrive within 2-7 business days after the package has been shipped barring any unforeseen delays   
• Beehive Collectibles carefully packages the products to protect your order. In the rare case that your order is received damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Beehive Collectibles is not responsible for damages incurred by the shipping carrier.   

• Beehive Collectibles offers free in-store pickups at our Midtown Sacramento location.
• In store pickups will generally be available 24 hours after your order has been received.
• Beehive Collectibles will send a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup (Please check your junk/spam folder).
• All orders must be picked up within 14 calendar days after the date of receiving the email confirmation stating that your order is ready.
• Orders not picked up within the 14 day window will be canceled and restocked. No refunds will be given. ALL SALES FINAL. 
• If in any case you can't pickup within the 14 days, please contact us.
